Communication exists in many forms. In this activity, you will practice awareness of communication by evaluating your personal skills in observation, listening, and then speaking through expression of gratitude.

The order in this assignment is purposeful and with intention to promote communication. For most, it is easier to watch from afar than to give a heartfelt expression of gratitude. This assignment intentionally aims to push each of us from our comfort zone.
