The Nature of Technology and Technological Change

In the readings , you will find widely varying debates about the nature of technology and technological change, as well as the ways in which technology interacts with organizational processes. To prepare for this assignment, review the required readings for this week and read the three articles below.

• Identify dynamic capabilities in your organization. Justify why and how these capabilities are contributing to competitive advantage and outline how they differ from “resources.”
• Discuss how these capabilities can help to retain competitive advantage in the face of technological changes/disruptions.

 Well-written paper should meet the following requirements:

• -Be 4-5 pages in length, which does not include the required title page or reference page, which are never a part of the content minimum requirements.
• -Support your submission with course material concepts, principles, and theories from the textbook and at least two recently published scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles unless the assignment calls for more.
• -A paragraph must have at least 3 sentences and most will have at least 4-5 sentences. (Author, year) is the correct format. Just Last Name and year When you provide factual information in your paper you MUST have the source listed in that same paragraph. The period ONLY goes after the reference, because the reference is part of the sentence. 
  -Expand more on your thoughts. Supportive sources, recently published articles.
• -The paper should be original.
• -Use APA style guidelines.
