E-commerce and e-business week 2

Dear BUS320 Class,

Our first class discussion topic comes from Chapter 1 “The Revolution Is Just Beginning”.

Please watch the video case 1.1 below “The Importance of the Internet for E-commerce” and answer three questions from that video:

Question 1: What are some examples cited in the video as to how a customer might use the internet on a typical morning?

Question 2: Why is a company’s web presence important for attracting and retaining new customers?

You do not need to answer all three (3) questions above:

Question 1 needs student X1 to answer it, student X1 will receive 4 points.

Question 2 needs student X2 to answer it, student X2 will receive 4 points.

After student X1, X2, answered Question 1, 2,  (which means three classmates did their work before you get here),  you can choose two postings from two of those three classmates and provide your critique to each.  You will receive a full 2 points for each of your critique if the classmate’s name was also provided at the beginning of your critique (everybody would benefit more if we can follow discussion thread exactly). Otherwise, you will not receive a full 2 points.
