Analysis of a local business

You will work to conduct a PESTE analysis of a local business in BC (small coffee shop, convenience store, boutique, etc.) and examine the elements of the business environment for this particular business. You will conduct secondary research from reliable sources to gather specific information about each of the forces of the business external environment, including the competitive force and the global force. You will then provide a written report as regards how each of the environmental forces (political, economic, social, technological, environmental, competitive, and global factors) impacts your chosen organization. Make sure that for each environmental factor, you will examine your business’s current strengths, current challenges, future prospects, and future risks. End your discussion with a holistic approach, and provide your own comments on the success potential and sustainability of your chosen organization in the industry in which it operates. The team will write 4000-4500 words (double spaced, 12-pt font, APA style) report of its findings. Minimum of 15 reliable references
